Payment policy
Every Ai Tech Intel engagement is billed against the same schedule, set by project value.
- Under $5,000
- 100% due before work begins. Consulting, assessments, strategy sessions, and quick-turn engagements are paid upfront.
- $5,000 – $25,000
- 50% at contract signing · 25% at the approved midpoint · 25% before final delivery, deployment, or ownership transfer.
- Over $25,000
- Milestone billing, scoped to the engagement. Typical schedule: 30% contract signing · 20% discovery complete · 20% design approved · 20% development complete · 10% before production launch.
- Enterprise ($100,000+)
- Custom payment schedules negotiated in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Government and institutional engagements follow the terms of their contract. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
